Service Payment

The total balance is due upon booking a session. 

Once your balance is paid, you will receive a confirmation email. 

All sessions are final sales.

 

Session Rescheduling

 

Hours of preparation are required for each session, and each booked appointment time is now blocked off the schedule and is no longer available to other clients.

 

If you would like to reschedule your session more than 72 hours (3 days) before your consultation, you may reschedule it with no additional fees.

 

If you would like to reschedule your appointment less than 72 hours (3 days) before your consultation, there will be a $50 re-booking fee. Sudden illness or personal emergencies do come up, and this has been considered.

 

 

A “no show” (if you miss your session time and have not contacted me) means your session is forfeited. (A “no show” is 20 minutes or later.) If you miss your session without notifying me, rescheduling your session will mean repurchasing the service. 

 

Please remember that I am in the Eastern time zone (Toronto/New York). This will be detailed in all our correspondence; however, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you do the proper time zone conversion to attend our scheduled consultation at the right time.

 

Refunds of any kind are not available before or after a consultation.
